I really enjoyed my stay, especially the friendly staff who made you feel right at home and the great food options available, which added to my pleasant experience while exploring the charming landmarks just a few steps away like Fishbourne Roman Palace and the bustling Chichester city center.

During our family stay, we found the staff incredibly accommodating. The breakfast selection exceeded expectations with its quality, but the lack of variety left us wanting more. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, though the rooms felt dated.

The twin room was modern and bright, which I loved. Super clean with a powerful shower that felt great. The bed was soft and comfy, which made for good sleep. I asked for extra pillows, and they brought them quickly. The little mint on the bed was such a cute touch! I felt really relaxed here.

Breakfast was well-organized, offering a range of options, including freshly cooked dishes and cereals. the bed was quite hard, which affected sleep quality, and the check-in was disorganized, leading to a wait in the bar area. Despite these issues, the pub atmosphere was enjoyable, with friendly bar staff and great food, making the experience worthwhile.

The pub had decent, satisfactory rooms and a lovely breakfast. While the staff was mostly friendly, there was a slow service at times. The ambiance could be improved, as some areas felt a bit drab. it's a good spot for a budget stay near Chichester.

Had an awesome group trip! We loved chilling at the outdoor tennis court and bonding over billiards. The vibe was perfect for relaxation, and the space was well-kept. Just a heads up, don't expect luxury – it's a good value for what you pay.

One downside was the bathroom fan. really noisy and not working properly. It could use a little TLC.
